Perfect Teaching

The article presents the construct of «Perfect Teaching», defined in the research process on teaching quality, as an independent variable for the achievement, among other indicators, of students’ developmental learning. The necessary functions are listed: to be fulfilled before, during, and after the act of teaching, whether in person or remotely, and the professional teaching skills to be developed by the teacher for each of these stages to guarantee teaching performances that contribute to the training of the citizen.
