The school for a social and ethical education curriculum
Maria-Chiara Michelini
The essay presents the results of one of the focus groups envisaged within the 2017 Prin Research on the Moral Education Curriculum, as a first step of validation of the hypothesis advanced on philosophical, pedagogical and scientific grounds by the project. The choice of this qualitative survey methodology was aimed at finding useful indications to test the stability of the system of hypotheses and to propose possible corrections. The focus group, which involved six secondary school teachers from the province of Pesaro Urbino for three meetings, recorded an articulate debate, confirmed the educational adequacy and practicability of the hypothesis, highlighting interesting work paths for further implementation of the proposal.
