Competencies and formative strategies: the approach Flipped Learning

In this article we want to focus on the strategy known as Flipped Learning. This is an instrument that is used in an innovative educational proposal of quality. This strategy is innovative in that it can be interpreted as a new educational frontier, a means of reassessing teaching and learning with presence or at a distance with the functional use of technological instruments, in particular the use of video. This matter falls within a process of skills development and specifically, the development of digital competence. The complex matter of digital competence, manifested and shown by students today, is dealt with by emphasising a critical, informed and autonomous use that each person can develop in terms of technological instruments.
