Physical activity and school performance

School performance is an important indicator in the growth and development of the student from the very first step inside his «busy» world. Physical activity can positively affect the whole Person-Student, so thanks to its «global» benefits can contribute to learning in general. This paper is focus on: reading and writing, logical-mathematical area and visual-motor integration. Our purpose is to investigate and confirm, through recent international research, how physical activity, seen in its different aspects, such as cardiorespiratory capacity, skill, coordination, strength, etc. can have a positive impact on student performance during the entire school career starting from nursery school up to secondary school.
