School canteens as places of learning and education: First results from the PNRR ONFOODS project

The following article aims to illustrate the project developed by the SUSFOODEDU research team from an initial analysis of the data that emerged from the exploratory and observational phase. In particular, the first thematic cores that emerged will be outlined to report on the experiences, practices and cultural representations around nutrition education.
