Social ecology and political education in Murray Bookchin
Edoardo Puglielli
Murray Bookchin (1921-2006) was one of the pioneers of the ecological movement and the «father» of social ecology. The originality of his thought lies in having identified the social origin of the ecological crisis. His innovative and critical approach to the study of the ecological question also leads him to propose a political theory and ideas for political education.
