A tool kit for the Facilitator Teacher. The third phase of a collaborative research process

The contribution, in continuity with a first and a second article presented in this same magazine (vol. 4, n. 1, 2018; vol. 5, n. 1, 2019), discusses the final phase of a research-collaborative path dedicated to outlining actions, roles and tools of the Facilitator Teacher, a new figure in the school system with a very complex role: coordinating the training of teachers in his own school to support, over time, methodological and didactic innovation. Specifically, in this third and last contribution, we analyze the tools used to assist the Facilitator Teacher in the guide of the training paths in which the respective teams of colleagues are involved from time to time.
