Pedagogical supervision in educational social work

This paper intends to offer an overview of history and functions of social supervision in educational work. After the reforms of the Labour Market there was an increase of liberal professions including pedagogical workers. We need, hence, to reframe some intervention forms to ensure the healthcare of employees. The supervision is a tool which responds to the needs of wellbeing of social educational workers, but it requires further considerations and in-depth analysis about its resources, potential and limits. This articles deals with 3 aspects with particular attention to pedadogical elements.
