Caring for the educational relationship in the school setting. Narration of an experience on the relational dynamics between teachers and students through a workshop on effective communication

Specifically, the course was divided into four meetings that allowed them to work on different aspects of communication in which to seize new opportunities to enhance their knowledge and skills. The purpose-built questionnaires, administered pre and post, showed an increase in teachers’ perceptions of their own communication skills and confirmed the relevance of addressing the topic of effective communication within the school context.
