Building educational success at school

Educational success remains the major concern of parents, students and teachers. It is the supreme goal of all these protagonists in education. At what cost and how can the school build it? This is the question which motivates the writing of this article. This study is a critical examination of the useful actions to be implemented for the achievement of educational success. To this end, it reports on formative objectives of school. It defines the school environment conducive to studies, establishes responsibilities of teaching and clarifies role of learner in the teaching-learning mechanisms. At the end of critical analysis, the research comes to the conclusion that school can build educational success on the condition that its educational practices are inspired by a pedagogy that values the usefulness of the teaching matter, the assistance due to pupil and the motivation to learn. This research therefore proposes a pedagogical thinking ability to make efficient educational activities. It is a real theoretical framework intended to inform and guide the protagonists of formal education in supporting the efficient achievement of formative objectives.
