Toward a possible school. Problems, perspectives, and proposals for quality education
Chiara Patuano
Educational institutions in recent decades have undergone a series of transformations that have changed their organizational and pedagogical-didactic structure. In order to cope with these changes, today’s society needs a new school that takes into account the educational needs of each and every person and is able to train new generations to cope with the uncertainty and changeability of social scenarios. This paper presents a study aimed at understanding the structure of contemporary schooling. In particular, strengths and critical issues found at the social level will be highlighted in order to reflect on the possibility of designing quality educational interventions.
