The pain in health care workers: The work risks

This study aims to assess the causes of musculoskeletal disorders among hospital caregivers. With a questionnaire constructed to measure psychosocial factors, burnout, vigor and musculoskeletal disorders, which was answered by 176 French nurses and auxiliary nurses of the health care personnel, it is proposed to highlight the organizational changes that may allow a decrease in musculoskeletal disorders.
