The profound changes occurring at the level of globalization of economic and social processes have led to an increase in future uncertainty that entails increasing difficulty in making decisions at work, especially in entprepreneurial work. Proactive coping, a set of cognitive, emotional and communication strategies aimed at early detection of threatening signals that may determine in the future conditions of crisis or a significant reduction in resources, has been the object of a training project involving a group of entrepreneurs in trade and services. Through a mixed methodology of intervention, with theoretical lectures and workshops group have been in-depth the five stages of proactive coping and psychological factors that may facilitate their activation or vice versa compromise their use.
