Positive Relational Management Scale to detect positivity and complexity

Annamaria Di Fabio

The purpose of this study is to offer an initial contribution to the study of the psychometric properties of the Positive Relational Management Scale (PRMS). Participants were 277 university students. Dimensionality, reliability, and concurrent validity were analysed. Exploratory factor analysis and subsequent confirmatory factor analysis supported a three-dimensional version of the scale. In addition, good internal consistency and concurrent validity were established. Results indicate that the Positive Relational Management Scale is a valid instrument for measuring positive relational management in Italian contexts.
