Life Project Reflexivity Scale: A new career counseling tool for the 21st century

Annamaria Di Fabio

The purpose of this work is to offer an initial contribution to the study of the psychometric properties of the Life Project Reflexivity Scale (LPRS). Participants were 293 university students. Dimensionality, reliability, and concurrent validity were analysed. Exploratory factor analysis and subsequent confirmatory factor analysis supported a three-dimensional version of the scale. In addition, good internal consistency and concurrent validity were established. Results indicate that the Life Project Reflexivity Scale is a valid instrument for measuring life project reflexivity in Italian contexts.
