Diversity Management Questionnaire: First contribution to the Italian version

The purpose of this study is to offer the first contribution to the Italian validation of the Diversity Management Questionnaire (DMQ) for use in Italian contexts. Participants were 168 workers. Dimensionality, reliability, and concurrent validity were analysed. Confirmatory factor analysis supported a three-dimensional version of the scale. In addition, good internal consistency and validity were established. Results indicate that the Italian version of the Diversity Management Questionnaire is a valid instrument for measuring diversity management also in Italian contexts.
