Human rights evolution. New rights, new meanings, new challenges

Human rights are the product of human civilisation as they are historical and therefore ever changing. New demands and the conquest of new values give rise to new fundamental rights. Human rights, albeit from a universalist essence, have an evolution linked to social needs. The con-tribution stresses the passage from indivisibility to interdependence of human rights.
