I need you, you need me

Employability is a key concept within Work and Organizational Psychology, both from an individual and an organizational perspective. On the one hand, employability is a set of psychosocial resources which render people marketable even in a fast-changing scenario like the present one, while on the other hand, employability is an intangible asset of human capital working in that context. Moving from this double perspective, the present study conducted on a group of 399 employees aims to explore the relationship between HRM practices perception and employability through organizational career growth. Results confirm the hypotheses and pave the way for discussion of certain implications in theory and practice.
