Prosocial Organizational Behaviors Scale

Annamaria Di Fabio, Alessio Gori

This study aims to analyze the psychometric properties of a mirror version of the Prosocial Organizational Behaviors Scale. The instruments were administered to 242 workers. This mirror version includes two mirror parts (Part A — «My prosocial organizational behaviors»; Part B — «Prosocial organizational behaviors of others-colleagues»). In this research dimensionality, reliability and concurrent validity of the scale were examined. Results showed a factorial structure with three dimensions both for Part A and Part B of the scale, with good reliability and concurrent validity. The mirror version of the Prosocial Organizational Behaviors Scale emerged as a valid and reliable instrument to assess prosocial behaviors in organizational contexts.
