Withdrawal Intention Scale
Annamaria Di Fabio
This study aims at providing a first contribution to the validation of the Italian version of the Withdrawal Intention Scale (WIS). Participants in the study were 276 workers. Dimensionality, reliability, and concurrent validity were analysed. Confirmatory factor analysis showed a unidimensional structure. The scale also had good reliability and concurrent validity. Results showed that the Italian version of the WIS is a valid and reliable instrument for detecting withdrawal intention also in Italian contexts.
