Management of organizational change

Chiara Panari, Michela Tonelli

The aim of this work is to analyse current literature about organizational change, highlighting the aspects that can be used in the perspective of business management consultancy in order to support, on the one hand, organizational processes and, on the other, workers in phases of change. Articles from 2014 to 2019 were selected; central issues in current literature about organizational management are communication and leadership, while job crafting is a new topic concerning the employees’ point of view. Despite these constructs having been present for decades in literature, considerations about new meanings in the current economic context are discussed. Implications about change management are discussed.
