The collaboration of operators and professionals from different services in measures to fight poverty

Matteo D’Emilione, Giovanna Giuliano, Anna Grimaldi

Over the last few years, the role of the multidisciplinary team has gained momentum within measures to combat poverty at a national and regional level. But what happens when we try to put norms into practice? How do operators and professionals from different services interact? This contribution attempts to answer these questions by reconstructing the evidence of research work carried out by INAPP over the last few years, taking the viewpoint of the players involved. Recent implementation of Universal Basic Income and the Covid-19 pandemic stimulate reflection on the future of teamwork in local welfare systems.
