Job Crafting Scale: Psychometric properties of the Italian version

The aim of this study is to analyze the psychometric properties of the Italian version of the Job Crafting Scale. The scale was administered to 237 workers. Dimensionality, reliability, and concurrent validity were analysed. Confirmatory factor analysis supported a bi-dimensional structure of the instrument. Good internal consistency and validity were established. Results indicate that the Italian version of the Job Crafting Scale is a valid instrument for measuring the job crafting also in Italian contexts.
