The purpose of the following review is to shed light on scientific knowledge in the field of disability management and inclusion on a global and work level. Disability is understood here according to the ICF classification of the World Health Organization (WHO) which identifies it following the bio-psycho-social model. The discussion begins with a historical and regulatory compendium and continues by analyzing the role of the inclusion of physical and mental disability, for the purpose of reintegrating the disabled person into work, both from a cultural, organizational and managerial point of view. Finally, some of the best practices concerning the resolution of disability management problems were discussed. Furthermore, Inclusion is analyzed from various perspectives: Organizational, Cultural, Individual and Social.
