Employability in university students: From Personality Trait to Intrapreneurial Self-Capital
Annamaria Di Fabio, Federico Venceslai
The aim of this study is to investigate the relationships between the construct of Intrapreneurial Self-Capital (ISC) and employability, checking for the effects of personality traits. The Big Five Questionnaire (BFQ), the Intrapreneurial Self-Capital Scale (ISC) and the Italian version of the Self-Perceived Employability Scale (SPES) were administered to 179 university students. The results showed that ISC added a percentage of incremental variance compared to the variance explained by personality traits, in relation to employability, offering future perspectives for research and intervention.
