Letizia Palazzeschi, Marco Piccioli, Annamaria Di Fabio
The aim of this study is to investigate the relationships between the construct of High Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Professionalism (HELP) and resilience, controlling for the effects of personality traits. The Big Five Questionnaire (BFQ), High Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Professionalism Questionnaire (HELP-Q), the Italian version of Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) were administered to 166 university students. The results showed that HELP added a percentage of incremental variance compared to the variance explained by personality traits, in relation to resilience, offering future perspectives for research and intervention.
