The purpose of this systematic review is to underline the correlations and the usefulness of psychological coaching in performance within work contexts. To achieve this ambition a review of the reference literature was conducted by making use of judges with both an academic and professional background (psychologists coach). All unscientific or excessively qualitative research has been excluded and precise inclusion criteria established. From the Pubmed scientific database 341 articles were analyzed and 13 selected responding to the rigorous criteria set. The analyzed researches confirm the link between psychological coaching and work performance and encourage them to continue on the path undertaken.
