The culture of safeguarding in sports sector. Profiles of protection and privacy of minors

This contribution, in light of the innovations introduced with the sport reform, intends to synthetically investigate the protection and privacy profiles that emerge from the sport reform through a path divided into two parts. The first that briefly highlights the stages of the reform with a specific focus on protection of minors; the second part intends to briefly highlight the relevant legislation with a specific focus on the processing of personal data of minors in the sports sector. The conclusions aim to briefly highlight the pedagogical and practical implications of the Reform, along with some critical observations.
