The supervision in the residential care: The impact of narrative approaches

The reflections contained in this article are intended to analyze the impact of narrative approaches and autobiographical reflection on the supervision of educators engaged in complex contexts. The epistemological background, consistent with the methodological approach, of the arguments proposed is hermeneutic, that is, it refers to an Interpretative Pedagogy.In this context of signification, constructionist theories take on importance, which consider knowledge and, in this specific case, the skills that concern caring, processes of construction of the tools that allow the subject to effectively interpret the world starting from the determination of a cognitive and relational self.
