Distance Learning in University. Practical, relational and motivational effects on students

This article proposes a study about distance learning in University. Through a questionnaire proposed to 214 students of the University of Udine, the goal was to understand how the learners experienced this teaching method, what were the main critical issues but also the strengths from the point of view of practical, relational and motivational repercussions. These observations may facilitate the integration of the potential offered by digital learning also in the future with the return to face-to-face teaching reinforced by lived experience. The possibility of understanding distance learning is fundamental for conceiving new e-learning paths and new teaching methodologies.
