Freedom Writers Method: Autobiographical literature and writings in multicultural classrooms of the Salesian Pontifical University (Rome)

The article presents the experience of teaching the Freedom Writers educational method in some multicultural classrooms of the Salesian Pontifical University in Rome. The experience of the difficulty of speaking to each other in an educational-didactic context is told: the stumbling block where it seems impossible to teach. Ways are told to open bridges of formative communication in the experience of involving, being enlightened by words, in the power of writing about oneself to make a personal contribution to oneself and to the world.
