Child educational poverty. A deprivation of opportunity that threatens the fundamental rights of minors

This contribution aims to highlight that juvenile educational poverty represents a limitation of the fundamental rights of people of minor age since it compromises their right to study, to learn, to develop their potential, to feed on educational experiences and to grow. Investing in the reduction of inequalities, therefore, has now become essential.
