Bangladeshi pupils sharing their educational experience: Impressions, aspirations, goals

As a part of a wider research project on Bangladeshi immigration to Italy, the paper provides an overview of the schooling experience of young community members attending Florentine schools: interested in their educational goals and professional future in terms of educational opportunities, the reflection delves into the field of educational expectations of the pupils. Being closely involved in the matter, parents strive hard so that their children — starting from the curriculum content offered by the Italian school system — may embrace a «good education» and a more fulfilling future.
