Training of teachers digital skills. The role of eportfolio

The article addresses issues of conceptualization and development of digital skills that are currentl required by teachers. Therefore, a training proposal will be presented which enhances the work methodology with the digital portfolio (ePortfolio). The results of some researches carried out in this field will allow one to evaluate the validity of this tool, both, to support the training dynamics in the communities of practice, and to offer opportunities to activate the metacognitive processes that accompany the development of digital skills.
