Interventi di recupero studenti fuoricorso e inattivi – Riflessioni a margine di un progetto pilota

Starting form a systematic review of researches and theoretical studies on university retention factors, the present paper reports results of an experience realized by the Office of Orientations, Tutoring and Placement at University of Bari. A pilot-project has been realized. It was aimed at explore students’ reasons for dropping-out university courses and at design effective retention actions. The analysis of new approaches and new pedagogical practices functional to reduce retention problems is integrated by further pathways that can be used for learn from experience and for identify future strength areas.
