La visione professionale degli insegnanti – Una ricerca qualitativa

The vision brings together the passion of the teachers with their own hopes and fears, their knowledge of how and what students should learn and actions to promote educational ideals in teaching and learning. Based on a qualitative method, were collected many evidences of students, who are preparing for the teaching profession, and experienced teachers. The protocols on the visions professional, graphic representations and interviews of feedback on the video fragments implemented in the classroom, they composed a repertoire on which encoding processes and grounded theory made it possible to draw some possible visions of teaching. Explain the visions can be a tool to help teachers to promote awareness of their own beliefs and to change the same to root reflexive processes with practical knowledge.
