The music Art of interiority: For a sound phenomenology

Music, while belonging to senses, realizes a potential unity between intellect and emotions: that is the way how we are likely to be opened towards the mystery of being in the world. In fact, in addition to having the capacity to bring the sensible with the spiritual to unity, it reveals, through the form, that fundamental afflatus to the life. According to a phenomenological-anthropological approach, the sound expresses a trace, the symbolic sense of the subjective and relational path of human being which needs to be completely discovered. In a particular way, the attention focuses on how musical works can represent an opportunity for the educability of emotion and feelings, revealing themselves as the concrete way of symbolic performance of human interiority.
