The article discusses the importance of adopting a Child Safeguarding System, a set of measures and tools aimed at protecting minors from abuse, mistreatment, and neglect in organizational, educational, and recreational settings. It highlights the importance of cultural change within these contexts, enabling organizations to transform and effectively integrate the Child Safeguarding System into their daily organizational practices. Central to this process is the promotion and protection of children’s rights, ensuring that safeguarding efforts are deeply rooted in a rights-based approach. The article enhances how child protection is a collective responsibility, involving organizations, educators, families, and communities, enabling the creation of safe environments that respect and uphold children’s rights.
