Training self-effective leaders in managing the dynamics of educational groups. results of a research

The article presents the results of a research which aimed to analyze the effectiveness of training dedicated to leaders of educational groups and aimed at increasing their communication and relational skills, their ability to understand and manage dysfunctional group dynamics and their perceived self-efficacy as a leader.
