Self-awareness, meaning of life, and learning. Results of a pilot study and operational proposals

This article presents a self-awareness and meaning-making enhancement program, aimed at young secondary school students. A description of the activities is provided, along with an in-depth exploration of theoretical reference models, objectives, purposes. Furthermore, the results of the impact and effectiveness analysis of the program, carried out at the Comprehensive Institute Perugia 3, are reported, allowing space for future reflections for the implementation of interventions in line with the conclusions.
