The article aims to delineate new perspective for guidance and enhancement of person, favouring empowering processes to construct a successful personal and professional life. The new post-modern purposeful identitarian awareness is enhanced through the two new post-modern meta-competences of adaptability and identity, through the intentionality, the plural identity and the Subjective Identity Forms System (SIFS). This new primarily awareness for the construction of career and life in the 21st century is based on some key steps, including the enhancement of awareness on Self-presentation strategies, the reflection on the plural quadrature of one’s own aware and unaware competences and incompetence, the narrative reflexivity on themselves, the awareness of the Authentic Self. It implies meaningful goals according to the personal success formula, the centering on Self-attunement and the strengthening of Intrapreneurial Self-Capital. A new post-modern narrative dialogic intervention for the Life Construction is described and also a new model the Positive Lifelong Self and Relational Management (PLS&RM). The themes of help and listening in decisional processes of the youngest people are addressed, with a focus on a preventive relational perspective for guidance and career counseling. Finally, the importance of the accountability principles is described to promote the design and the implementation of new postmodern effective and cost-effective interventions for the 21st century.
