The results emerging from the survey, essential for understanding the subsequent developments of the personal and scientific scholar’s biography refute once more the persistent clichés that Montessori was culturally distant from the Christian thought, indifferent to the religious aspects of children’s education, subject to heavy theosophical and esoteric influences, although paradoxically anchored to rigidly positivist and scientistic search pattern.
