Nutrition education and educational ecosystem. A research on the feeding behaviour of the child and the parental perception

Data analysis show that in the children at risk sample, parents tend to underestimate frequency of unhealthy food consumption, while overestimating frequency of protective food consumption. Results confirm need to involve parents in nutrition educational school programs, and suggests interventions aiming to improve accuracy of parental perception.
