Teachers’ efficacy: tra percezioni degli insegnanti e pratica didattica – Modulazioni tematiche e implicazioni operative

What is teachers’ efficacy? Why is this concept so important in educational attempts to conceptualise teachers’ practice? Moving from these questions the present study is aimed to analyse teachers’ efficacy concept and elaborate an observation assessment scale for teachers’ efficacy. The research findings, although with intrinsic limitations on methodological aspects, draw new and interesting research pathways.
