The main objective of a school that focuses on individuals requires knowledge needs analysis, developing an educational process which is attentive to the specificities of individuals and their consequent training needs.
In this context it is necessary to design learning paths that use effective methods, are designed in a flexible manner and are able to adapt educational acts to actual needs, so as to be integrated with the educational activities of all.
This task was accepted by the research group of LAB-INT, Laboratory of Inclusion and Technologies, of Bologna University and conducted as an Action-Research Project which, in the specific context of schools in Emilia-Romagna, attempted to satisfy the differentiated needs of all pupils involved, with the primary aim of providing useful answers for research and for real improvement in the quality of the teaching-learning process.
