A journey into the maze of planning documents and regulations is taxing but one that is worth undertaking, as interesting discoveries can be made when comparisons with daily reality are made. Careful analysis brings us to the understanding that there is no lack of ideas but of the desire and/or ability to enact them. The multitude of professional resources is washed away by demands of identity (as teachers, specialists, public administrators, etc.), instead of representing a resource to be used for networking. There is however a fundamental awareness: the so-called good practices of territorial centres have demonstrated that networking is an essential method for the educational success of all pupils.
