The crisis for those who work in day centres dedicated to persons with intellectual disabilities (in particular, the elderly) besides the economic aspect also seems to be a crisis of «meaning», a loss of the meaning horizons, marked by a widespread weariness at the planning and design level and by the feeling that the models used up until now no longer function. The effort made goes in the direction of identifying new areas, above all, in external contexts (in this case schools and museums), which make it possible to experiment meaningful relations and to use additional resources.
