Dalla scuola del «progetto» alla formazione riflessiva nel contesto scolastico
Bruno Galante
The article outlines a training model for teachers defined as mini-training. The model’s basic assumption aims to establish an aptitude for educational observation and listening in the teachers concerned. The different minitraining solutions outlined aim to discover the specificity of the individual pupils, to put into practice an educational approach that frees the imagination in culturally expressive actions, knowing how to order and coordinate the class group while learning from the pupils themselves.
In fact, the need to train teachers is quite apparent in order to achieve effective inclusion, however, the training does not need to focus so much on the specificity of the disabilities, but rather on observing the pupil as a person who copes with multiple characteristic processes, depending on the specific age, on the educational practices adopted in the school environment, on the network of numerous variables which intervene in the context, as well as on the quality of the communication process that is activated.
