La creazione di una cultura inclusiva
Nicole Bianquin, Valentina Pennazio
It is essential for the entire teaching staff working in the school to be trained adequately in order to build a collective and participating awareness so as to assure a real inclusion process. This task was accepted and transposed in the education programme that the Valle d’Aosta University established for the students training to become future curriculum teachers: the programme ranges from the training initiatives relating to special needs education and integration education, to structuring a trainee programme for the purposes of acquiring essential expertise and skills to address the problems associated with disability and to act as a liaison among the various players involved in the inclusion process. This article illustrates the structured trainee programme relating to disability established by the Valle d’Aosta University for future curriculum teachers.
