This paper reports the results of a study that aimed to verify whether the customization of the training programme for workers with a disability and the security & safety managers is functional to promoting a security & safety culture in the workplace considering the specific problems associated with disabilities. The design and implementation of a customized training programme for four disabled workers and three security & safety managers is described.
